An upper-level trough and cold front swept through the region, bringing some snowfall and gusty winds to much of northeast Wyoming. A period of heavy upslope snowfall occurred during the daytime and evening hours on the 11th across the higher elevations of the Wyoming Black Hills and the Bear Lodge Mountains. Snowfall totals of 5 to 9 inches were reported across these areas, with 1 to 4 inches elsewhere across far northeast Wyoming. Gusty winds up to 40 mph produced some blowing snow and greatly reduced visibility at times. The snow and gusty winds caused travel impacts across the area.
