Severe (D2) drought conditions persisted across all of Blaine County through the end of November.

Wider weather episode

Moderate (D1) to extreme (D3) drought conditions persisted across most of western and north central Nebraska in November. There was some limited improvement of drought conditions in far southwestern Nebraska by the end of November. In these areas, abnormally dry (D0) conditions improved in November.
