Multiple roads closed due to drifting in western Pendleton county. Six to twelve inches of snow fell during this portion of the event.

A long duration period of upslope snow in moist northwest flow off of the Great Lakes resulted in 3 day snow accumulations of 4 to 12 inches, with upwards of 18 inches across the highest peaks of the Allegheny Front. Winds gusted to 50 mph at times resulting in significant blowing and drifting of snow.
