Winds increased in the Central Brooks Range during the morning of November 20th. Winds gusted as high as 65 mph at the Anaktuvuk Pass USARRAY (E22KX) site.

A low pressure system moved east out of Siberia and across the Chukchi Sea bringing strong and gusty winds, moderate to heavy snow, as well as blizzard conditions to the West Coast, Brooks Range and Arctic Coast.
