An area of low pressure moved across the Outer Banks and out to sea on the night of November 14 into November 15. Winds became northwest as the low moved offshore on November 15, pushing water into the eastern side of the Chesapeake Bay. This resulted in moderate coastal flooding across Dorchester County. Bishops Head reached 3.95 feet MLLW at 12:24 PM on November 15.
