A mix of freezing rain and sleet fell through the morning of the 5th. After a brief break in the afternoon, snow fell in the evening. A total of 3 to 5 inches of snow and sleet fell across the county. About 1 to 2 inches of this fell in the form of sleet along with one quarter of an inch of freezing rain.
