A public report of 13.8 inches of snow was measured 1 mile North of Winton. Other reports in area ranged from 4 to 9 inches for locations Leavenworth, Plain, and Dryden.

Wider weather episode

Eastern Washington had several days of near freezing temperatures. A strong low pressure with a decent plume of moisture during the November 19 through November 21 time period brought the first widespread snow event of the winter. The Cascades received the bulk of the snow with ranges of 6 to 16 inches. The rest of the region had up to 5 inches.
