Black Creek at Highway 326 reached minor flood stage. This produced minor flooding of several roadways near Black Creek.

Wider weather episode

A frontal boundary moved into the region and stalled while Tropical Storm Rafael meandered in the gulf. Moisture from the decaying tropical cyclone streamed north across Southeast Texas. This produced heavy rain over the area that produced flooding.
