Intensifying low pressure tracked south of Nova Scotia through the night of the 20th into the early morning hours of the 21st. The northwest edge of the snow shield wrapped back across Washington county. Snow began during the evening of the 20th and persisted into the morning of the 21st. Warning criteria snow accumulations occurred during the morning of the 21st. Storm total snow accumulations along coastal Washington county were up to nearly 7 inches. Snow accumulations across the remainder of Washington county and coastal Hancock counties generally range from 3 to 5 inches. Lesser accumulations of 1 to 3 inches occurred across the remainder of northern and eastern Maine.
