A passing cold front brought gusty northwest winds and areas of light snow to much of northeast Wyoming. Periods of heavier upslope enhanced snowfall developed over the Wyoming Black Hills and Bear Lodge Mountains on the 22nd. Snowfall totals of 3 to 6 inches were common across these areas. The gusty winds produced blowing and drifting snow and some travel impacts across the area.
