Observer reported 16.6 inches of snow 9 miles West of Twisp. Other reports through the Methow Valley, including Mazama, Malott, and Conconully, ranged from 6 to 16 inches.

Eastern Washington had several days of near freezing temperatures. A strong low pressure with a decent plume of moisture during the November 19 through November 21 time period brought the first widespread snow event of the winter. The Cascades received the bulk of the snow with ranges of 6 to 16 inches. The rest of the region had up to 5 inches.
