Glazing of ice on many county roads during round of light freezing rain.

A disturbance brought light freezing rain to southern Wisconsin. Rain was quick to freeze on contact with very cold temperatures in place. The worst conditions occurred over southwestern Wisconsin, where surface temperatures were coldest.
