Visibility of one eighth of a mile was reported in Fresno.

As the upper low pressure system that was responsible for the precipitation across the area during the previous two days moved to the east of the area, skies cleared out and winds diminished. The rainfall from the previous two days provided for enough low level moisture for areas of dense fog to develop around sunrise along portions of the SR 99 and SR 198 corridors. The fog completely dissipated by late morning.
