A landslide was reported by Emergency Managers in the interior side of Los Millonarios St. (St. 1) in Arecibo. No people were reported as trapped or injured.

A landslide was reported in Arecibo at around noon on January 6th but no people were trapped or injured. The nearest station, FW8412 Arecibo, reported 1.20 inches since January 1st, 1.02 inches since January 5th and 0.50 inches since 4:00 AM on January 6th. Radar and satellite analysis indicated a persistent wet pattern that morning, with frequent, fast-moving showers tracking well inland from the local waters, associated with the dissipating remnants of a frontal boundary.
