OMME Quebradillas informed that the intersection between St. 2 in Bo. Cocos, Quebradillas, and PR-2 (Jose Joaquin Yiye Avila St.) was closed due to flooding. This was also between HAS Auto Parts and San Rafael COOP.

Wider weather episode

Two nearby frontal boundaries ultimately promoted strong showers along the northern coast of Puerto Rico (among other areas), with rainfall accumulations ranging from 2 to 4 inches from Vega Alta to Quebradillas, and 1 to 2 from Rio Grande to Toa Alta. Some flooded roads was observed in Hatillo and Quebradillas.
