The Coquille River at Coquille began the month in minor flood stage at 22.45 ft. The river steadily dropped during 01/01/2025, and fell below minor flood stage of 21.0 ft. at 01/1430 PST.

The wider storm

A break from the long series of frontal systems occurred from 12/30/2024 into 1/1/2025. This allowed the Coquille River at Coquille to drop below flood stage.
