Snow Squall. Visibilities quickly dropped to around 1/4 mile or less as the squall slowly passed through the southern half of the county.

A clipper system brought a cold front through northwest Wisconsin on the 22nd. An intense line of snow showers formed along this slowly moving front and was leading to visibilities under a quarter of mile as it dropped through the region.
