Palm Coast. The time of damage was estimated.

Early morning strong to severe storms formed across NE FL where instability increased from the south and coincided under moderate bulk shear. Wind damage occurred with stronger gusts of 45-65 mph.
Began near Pine Lakes (29.5500, -81.2400).
