Frequent gust of 60 to 65 MPH were recorded along Interstate 25 from WYDOT sensors. A maximum gust of 65 MPH from a WYDOT sensor at Deer Creek was recorded at 5:20 PM MST on 1/31. High winds continued into the early morning hours of February 1.

An incoming winter system lead to fairly widespread high winds across portions of southeast Wyoming January 31 into February 1.
