A band of heavier snowfall passed across far northwest South Dakota as an upper-level disturbance moved across Montana, North Dakota, and far northern South Dakota. Snowfall totals of 2 to 5 inches were reported across much of Harding and Perkins counties. Gusty northwest winds caused patchy blowing snow and reduced visibility.
