Snowfall totals across southern Franklin were 2 to 5 inches.

Weak low pressure moved from the Ohio River Valley on February 8th to off of Cape Cod Massachusetts ono the morning of February 9th. Snow overspread northern NY during the mid to late evening of February 8th and ended prior to daybreak on February 9th.

It was a light, powdery snow that fell overnight on a weekend, leading to minimal impacts. Snowfall totals ranged from 1 to 2 inches along the Canadian border, 2 to 3 inches across much of the Adirondacks with 4 to 8 inches in central and southern Essex county.
