Four to five inches of snow and sleet mix fell across coastal Horry county, with 5 measured in Myrtle Beach, SC. Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) closed all runways late on Jan 22nd through morning of the 23rd. County offices were closed for two days. A water pipe burst morning of the 23rd on Calhoun St in Myrtle Beach due to the cold and ice.
