Southerly winds were strong at Paisley with a peak speed measured at 34 mph gusting to 73 mph. Also, Valley Falls highway US395 at milepost 121 at 41 mph gusting to 60 mph, Coffee Pot Flat RAWS at 38 mph gusting to 60 mph, and Summer Lake at 27 mph gusting to 58 mph.
