Visibility of one eighth of a mile was reported in Madera.

Skies cleared out and winds decreased over the central San Joaquin Valley during the morning of February 18 which resulted in some patches of dense fog developing by daybreak. The fog was most noticeable in Madera where visibility was reduced to a quarter mile until it lifted into a low cloud deck which subsequently dissipated by late morning.
