Up to one inch of snow and sleet accumulated in Winston County.

An upper-level shortwave moved through the region February 18 into February 19, creating large-scale lift that brought precipitation to parts of Central Alabama. As a surface front moved through, temperatures across northern counties fell below freezing by early on February 19, and sleet and snow was observed in some counties. The counties of Marion, Walker, and Blount saw accumulations of generally around a half inch, with up to one inch in Winston County.
