Dense fog occurred from 430 pm December 18 to 830 am December 19, 2024 at San Diego International Airport (Lindbergh Field). Dense fog returned 8 pm December 19 to December 20 at 7 am. On Friday December 20, 2024 there were 31 diversions and 201 cancelled flights at KSAN. This was major news due to holiday week travelers of 1.3 million.
