Behind a potent cold front, rain changed to snow during the afternoon hours of February 15th. Moderate snow continued across the Allegheny Front through the overnight. Winds gusted to 60 mph throughout the event resulting in significant blowing and drifting of snow. Trees and power lines were also reported down. Snow accumulations ranged from 3 to 6 in western Highland County.
