At 845 PM Local Standard Time, a measured high wind gust of 58 mph was recorded at ASOS station KSWF, Stewart International Airport, located in New Windsor, NY. Additionally, New York Department of Highways reported a downed tree on Route 211 at East Kaisertown Road in Montgomery, NY at 510 PM Local Standard time.
