Localized freezing fog developed during the evening hours of the 11th in portions of Southeastern Illinois which had calm winds and plunging temperatures. Visibility lowered to a quarter mile at Harrisburg-Raleigh Airport. Cloud formation limited a broader coverage and duration of fog issues through the night.
