Wider weather episode

After a major severe weather and flooding event, a potent cold front swept through Middle Tennessee which dropped temperatures significantly starting on February 18, 2025. This much colder air helped to set the stage for snow as another storm system arrived. The highest snow totals were received across northwest Middle Tennessee where 3 to 5 inches of snow was measured. Southern Middle Tennessee generally received less than 3 inches of snow through the morning hours of February 19th.
