Observer reported 9 inches of snow 2 miles Southeast of Dryden. Other reports in the area ranged from 6 to 9 inches for Chelan and Manson.

Wider weather episode

The Cascades and northern mountains saw widespread snow with a strong moist system moving through the Pacific Northwest. It brought near a foot of snow on December 25 to 26. Some localized areas near the crest received nearly 18 inches.
