Peak gust of 66 mph occurred at the Douglas ASOS (KDGW) 3 miles north-northeast of Douglasat 11:32 AM on February 25th. Multiple other gusts between 60 and 65 mph were reported in this zone, with one site reporting sustained winds of 40mph gusting to 55mph at 11:16 AM February 23rd.
