Peak gust of 62 mph occurred at the Chadron ASOS (KCDR) 5 miles west of Chadron at 12:07 PM on February 25th. Multiple other gusts between 60 and 65 mph were reported in this zone.

This was a long duration, CWA-wide high wind event including nearly every zone in the NWS Cheyenne CWA. Sustained winds between 40 and 60mph were seen, along with gusts over 80mph.
