Peak gust of 64 mph occurred at the Montrose RAWS (MTRN1) 3 miles west of Montrose at 11:24 AM on February 25th. Multiple other gusts between 60 and 65 mph were reported in this zone.

This was a long duration, CWA-wide high wind event including nearly every zone in the NWS Cheyenne CWA. Sustained winds between 40 and 60mph were seen, along with gusts over 80mph.
