Storm total snow accumulations reached 8-12 inches.

A vertically stacked low pressure system moved west to east through Maine. A coastal low pressure system strengthened over Maine and moved along the Gulf of Maine, shifting northeast through Washington county. Snow began in the morning on the 1st, and continued until around afternoon on the 2nd. Main concerns for this event were snow totals, as this system pushed through the area. Aroostook county reported 5-9 inches in the northwest, and 3-6 inches in the east. Piscataquis county reported 8-12 inches of snow, which reached warning criteria, with localized areas of 20 inches in elevated regions. Somerset county received warning criteria snowfall around 12 inches in locations. Penobscot county and the Interior Downeast mostly saw rain with this event, with some localized areas seeing a rain snow mix. Little to no reported impacts from this event.
