Snow accumulated between 2 and 5 inches.

An area of low pressure formed over the western Carolinas along a cold front on Sunday, the 19th. As this low moved toward the mid-Atlantic coast, the northern and western edge of the snow made it into Northeast PA during the late morning hours. Snow became steadier during the afternoon as the low moved offshore and began to strengthen. The snow tapered off and came to an end during the evening hours as the as the low continued to intensify and track to the northeast off the coast of New England.
