A quick burst of 1 to 3 inches of snowfall was reported across the county. Due to the timing, this led to travel impacts during the evening commute across the Twin Cities metro area.

A burst of afternoon/evening snow led to travel impacts, including within the Twin Cities metro. This was a particularly busier than normal evening commute due to it being Friday and Valentine's Day.
Snow totals ranged from a trace in southwest MN, 1-3' in east-central MN, and 2-5' in western WI.
