A waterspout was observed offshore Higgs Beach of Key West. The waterspout was narrow and a spray ring was visible.

A narrow convective boundary marking the nocturnal Cuba landbreeze boundary moved northward, passing through the Lower Florida Keys with scattered convective rain showers. A few waterspouts were observed near the Lower Florida Keys as the convective boundary moved northward from the Straits of Florida into the Gulf waters north of Key West.
