Observer reported 6 inches of snow 1 mile Northwest of Twin Lakes. Another 6 inch observation was reported 6 miles Southeast of Elmira.

Wider weather episode

A strong upper level low pressure system pushed through North Idaho during the early morning hours bringing snow showers. The snow amounts reported ranged from 2 to 6 inches. Area around Twin Lakes had the highest amount of 6 inches.
