Severe Drought conditions linger in NWS Huntsville's CWA, including Limestone, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Morgan, Madison, and Franklin Counties, but above normal rainfall helps to begin to alleviate and remove conditions by months end.

D2 was removed from Lauderdale County on 2/4. It was further removed from Limestone, Morgan, Franklin, and Madison Counties on 2/11. It was gone everywhere in the AL counties on 2/18 issuance.
