Several Local Storm Reports from members of the Public in the area with 6 in snow at Ilwaco 2/4 10 am, 6 in snow at Naselle 2/4 0830 am, and 5 in of snow near Oceanside 2/4 12pm.

A deep upper-level trough held over the far eastern Pacific leading to near sea-level snowfall. Heavier shower bands facilitated pockets of warning-level snowfall through this period.
