Saddle Mountain SNOTEL at 3090ft recorded 4 inches of snowfall between 0700 02/13 and 0300 02/14.

Wider weather episode

Abnormally cold conditions were in place early on February 13th as widespread precipitation increased across the region south to north due to the arrival of a warm-frontal boundary. This overrunning scenario led to a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain impacting much of western Oregon through February 14th.
