Cocorahs 2 miles W of Hillsboro measured 3.1 inches of snowfall 0800 2/14. There are multiple LSR reports of up to 0.10 of freezing rain accumulation, in addition to 1-3 inches of snow accumulation through the morning of 2/14.

Wider weather episode

Abnormally cold conditions were in place early on February 13th as widespread precipitation increased across the region south to north due to the arrival of a warm-frontal boundary. This overrunning scenario led to a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain impacting much of western Oregon through February 14th.
