A trained spotter measured 3.75 inches of storm total snowfall as of 0910 2/14, 2 miles WSW of Oregon City. Local storm reports ranged from T to 0.10 of freezing rain accumulation in addition to generally 2-3.5 inches of snowfall through the morning of 2/14.

Wider weather episode

Abnormally cold conditions were in place early on February 13th as widespread precipitation increased across the region south to north due to the arrival of a warm-frontal boundary. This overrunning scenario led to a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain impacting much of western Oregon through February 14th.
