A CoCoRaHs station 1 miles WNW of La center measured 3.9 inches of snowfall at 0800 2/14 with local storm reports confirming around 2-3.5 inches of total snowfall through the event.

Abnormally cold conditions were in place early on February 13th as widespread precipitation increased across the region south to north due to the arrival of a warm-frontal boundary. This overrunning scenario led to a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain impacting much of western Oregon through February 14th.
