Storm total snow accumulations ranged from 3 to 4 inches.

Primary low pressure tracked from the northern Great Lakes to western Quebec province during the 6th. At the same time...a fast moving weak secondary low tracked from southern New England across Downeast areas through the 6th, and then exited during the early morning hours of the 7th. Snow expanded northward across the region through the afternoon of the 6th. The snow then ended...from south to north...through the evening of the 6th into the early morning hours of the 7th. Maximum snow totals with this event ranged from 4 to 6 inches from central Piscataquis county...across Penobscot county...to Washington county. Snow total decreased to 1 to 3 inches across northern Maine.
