U-MICH and NMU Mesonet Station GISM4 reported storm force winds throughout the event, with a peak gust of 62 mph at 4:20 PM on the 6th.

A low pressure passing through northern Ontario drove storm force gusts out of the northwest in the wake of the system across Lake Superior.

Began near Upper Entrance Portage Canal (46.7300, -87.4100).
