A spotter located 4 miles west of Connersville measured 3 inches of snow.

During the morning of February 16th, as a cold front moved through the Ohio Valley, quickly changing heavy rainfall to snow. As temperatures fell, many areas received a quick 2 to 3 inches of snow, with some isolated locations receiving up to 4 inches.
