A report from the Oakbrook area indicated that 2.8 inches of snow had fallen. A spotter southwest of Union measured 2.2 inches, and the EMA 2 inches in Florence.

Wider weather episode

During the morning of February 16th, as a cold front moved through the Ohio Valley, quickly changing heavy rainfall to snow. As temperatures fell, many areas received a quick 2 to 3 inches of snow, with some isolated locations receiving up to 4 inches.
