The Cocorahs observer WA-KL-6 1 mile west northwest of White Salmon reported 5 inches of new snow ending at 0700 on February 14th.

An occluded front coupled with a moist southwest flow aloft lead to heavy snow developing across portions of eastern and central Oregon as well as across portions of south central Washington.
